Bug free and rioms that dont smell funny. Its not the newest motel in town but for an older Motel its about the the best in town. There is a reason its a few more dollars than the other ones around. They keep it clean and there isnt the bad night crowd you get elsewhere. You can sleep peacefully here. Would recommend anytime. B

Vehicle alternator failed and battery completely drained and quit by this motel while on vacation. Independently owned not a chain. Spent the night before having vehicle towed to a shop the next morning. Photos show that motel is dated, but the room was clean and the price excellent for what we received. Store within walking distance. On the edge of the Smoky mountains. Value for your money.

After a back up on the interstate, we decided to spend the night at the Budget Inn. We we're pleasantly surprised, it was very clean and recently undergone renovations. We did have free free WiFi.
I have nothing bad to say about this place. Staff accommodated my unusual request in hours as I was in between night work shifts. Room was very clean.
Clean rooms, great prices, and amazing staff! It's the motel I recommend most to friends visiting the area and looking for a great bargain.
